I have no clue how to change my tiny icon (currently with cranky Witch uluri). If anyone can instruct me how to change my tiny icon, I would really appreciate it.

The tiny icon was changed to be the same as your regular icon a while back so you can't change it individually anymore. It should change if you change your main profile icon. Keep in mind that after you've changed it, they'll be the same forever.
